After a very quiet 2011 for Bridgetown sales, 2012 has been a strong year for 3-bedroom sales and 4-bedroom bargains!
There were four 3-bedroom units that sold in Bridgetown this year, and Mary and Jaime at Bridgetown Properties, Inc., listed and sold the three highest selling units! They also brought the buyer for the northwest end unit, which is anticipated to close later this year, contingent on third party approval.
It is now summertime, and there are only two 3-bedroom units for sale. They are both on the west side, and they are priced at $430,000 and $450,000.
Prices on the 4-bedroom units have gone down, so it’s a great time to invest in one of these larger units! We currently have two listed: one at $710,000 and one at $675,000...prices have never been this low, so these will surely be grabbed up by the time Season begins.
Bridgetown is looking beautiful! It conveys a serene neighborhood feeling with the ficus covering the buildings and the oak trees lining the street...As the residents will tell you, it’s a wonderful place to call home!
